1. First and foremost, go to www.pogo.com
2. Press a click on “Sign in” link that is displaying at the top-right hand corner, on the Pogo.com homepage.
3. Tap on “Forget password or Screen name” link, in the next step
4. To recover Pogo Account, you have to enter an email address that is associated with your Pogo Account in the text field that is displaying in the Recover screen name section.
5. Incase recovering a password, move to Recover Password section and then enter Pogo screen name in the text field. Now click on “Send me my password” button to recover password
6. You don’t required any  information it will be sent to the email ID that you have associated with Pogo account. Sometimes, email might go into Spam or the Junk folders, so check them as well.
7. Now open the link you have received through the mail and it will send you to the Pogo’s password recovery page
8. After you have done with process, go back to the sign in page
9. Enter the New Username and Password to Recover Your Pogo Account.
